Refund & Return Policy – Indian Hawk

At Indian Hawk, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Returns & Refund Policy. Please read the details below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • In its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

    • Not a part of items marked as Final Sale, Discounted Products, or Non-returnable items (e.g., innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items).

2. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@indianhawk.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on shipping the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of promotional offers, the refund will be adjusted according to the actual amount paid.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow size and color exchanges (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items.

  • Items bought on clearance, final sale, or heavy discounts.

  • Gift cards and digital purchases.
