Shipping Policy – Indian Hawk

At Indian Hawk, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high demand or stock unavailability, processing time may take longer. Customers will be notified via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery:

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days.

  • Other Locations (India): 5–7 business days.

  • Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days.

(Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

  • For orders below ₹1999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional fee of ₹50 will be charged.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • Indian Hawk will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

  • If a package is returned to us due to wrong/incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, international deliveries may take a little longer depending on the destination

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund.
