  Fast & Reliable Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines – Metro cities: 3–5 days, other locations: 5–7 days, and remote areas: 7–10 days. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once shipped.

  Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1999. Standard fee ₹79 for orders below ₹999. Cash on Delivery (COD) available with an additional ₹50 charge.

  Easy Returns & Exchanges: Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed products in original condition with all tags intact. Size/color exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  Refunds & Non-Returnable Items: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. Innerwear, socks, swimwear, hygiene-sensitive items, clearance/final sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged/defective or is incorrect, report within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Lost shipments will also be fully refunded or re-shipped at no extra cost.
